License and Restrictions

We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-assignable, non-exclusive license to use the DelinkedIn extension, subject to these Terms. This license is for personal use only and is not transferable.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Attempt to access, scrape, or collect data from the Service beyond its intended functionality
• Use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service

Content and Translations

DelinkedIn processes job descriptions and provides translations using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all translations will be completely accurate or appropriate in all situations.

The translations provided by DelinkedIn are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making employment decisions.

You understand and agree that:

• Translations reflect our best effort to decode corporate language but may be subjective
• We may utilize AI services to process job descriptions
• The Service's cynicism level feature adjusts the tone of translations based on your preference

Intellectual Property Rights

DelinkedIn and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The DelinkedIn name and logo are trademarks of DelinkedIn. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

DelinkedIn is not affiliated with LinkedIn. LinkedIn and its logo are trademarks of LinkedIn Corporation. All other trademarks appearing on the Service are the property of their respective owners.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The translations provided will meet your requirements or expectations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DelinkedIn, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

In no event will our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid us in the last six (6) months, or, if greater, fifty dollars ($50).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DelinkedIn, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California.
